Levels of Care

Heritage Assisted Living, located on Helmer Road in Battle Creek, has spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments designed to provide residents with individual apartments to create a home-like feel. Each apartment has its own private bath with a shower, along with a small kitchenette area with a refrigerator and sink. Different levels of care are provided to address each individual resident's needs.

Staff take a holistic approach to the care of our residents.  Our goal is to provide a level of assistance that will lead to their greatest degree of independence, privacy and dignity. 

For those individuals in need of extra assistance with activities of daily living, a Care Level Assessment will be administered by one of our licensed nurses.  Our residents will have a level of care tailored to their personal needs.  Some of the care services that are available are:

*Points are assessed for each of the resident’s needs and the point total will determine the care level recommendation.
